The Business Services Functional Support team administers many of Mines' business applications. For assistance with Banner, CashNet, Cognos, CRS, ChromeRiver, or other business applications.

Banner

Banner is the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system used at Mines for many of the tasks the university needs to perform on a daily basis. From student registration, grades, and transcripts, department budgets, employee salary and payroll, to financial aid processing and human resources, many administrative areas on campus rely on Banner.

OnBase

OnBase, by Hyland, is a single enterprise information platform designed to manage content, processes and cases. OnBase centralizes important business content in one secure location and replaces BDM at Mines.

Degree Works is an online advising tool to help monitor students’ progress toward degree completion.

Workday

Workday is used at Mines to create application services for finance, HR, planning and account lifecycle application services.

Use this service to report an issue where DocuSign is not working as expected.
