Use this service to get help or report any unexpected difficulties you experience using the Citrix ShareFile cloud-based file transfer solution.

Mines Faculty and Staff.
Requirements
Note that an existing Citrix ShareFile license through Mines should already be in place in order to use this service. If you wish to Request a license for a named user, please Request Access using this service.
Service Charges
None.
Requesting the Service
Access to this service can be requested by selecting the "Report Issue" button located here on this page within Mines Help Center. You'll be asked to fill out a short form with pertinent information required and after submitting the form, your ticket request can be tracked and monitored using the "My Ticket Status" option located on the Mines Help Center homepage.
