Use this service to report difficulties you may experience with an existing data integration with another 3rd party application that sends or receives ODS information.

Requesting the Service
To get started with a support ticket, choose the "Report Issue" button located on this page within Mines Help Center.
Support can also be requested by visiting the IT Service Desk or calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during staffed times. In this case, a Student Consultant will take your information.
