Service Description
DocuSign is a contract management system that is cloud-based and used by various departments at Mines. Use this service to request the following DocuSign-related items: New Template Request (bulk sending), New Template Request (single/adhoc documents), Update Existing Templates, Request New DocuSign Access.

Service Levels
Each Mines user on initial login will be able to view contracts that are directly shared to them by other users. If additional access is needed (viewing a particular group of contracts, or using envelopes), submit a ticket requesting the necessary access.
Requirements
To use the DocuSign service, you must have an active Mines email address and Multipass credentials.
