NOTE: As an organization, Colorado School of Mines (specifically Departments of Finance, Human Relations, and Policy/Compliance) define an employee as any full-time employee who receives a pay check from Mines and in return provides a service which requires a computer. As such, student employees and Grad Students/Post Docs do not fall under this umbrella policy.
