Service Description

DocuSign is a contract management system that is cloud-based and used by various departments at Mines. Use this service to get help with a DocuSign-related issue you're having where the platform isn't working for you as you'd expect. If you're looking to make a DocuSign Request (such as new Access), you can use this DocuSign Request service.

Service Levels

Each Mines user on initial login will be able to view contracts that are directly shared to them by other users. If additional access is needed (viewing a particular group of contracts, or using envelopes), submit a ticket requesting the necessary access.

Requirements

To use the DocuSign service, you must have an active Mines email address and Multipass credentials.

Service Charges

Free.
