Citrix ShareFile Request

Service Description

Use this service to request access to the Citrix ShareFile platform for you and/or your department. Citrix ShareFile allows secure file sharing from internal and external parties using this Mines' approved solution. This service should be used for delivery of documents containing sensative information. Documents will be retained for *30 days* after delivery, and therefore, should be downloaded and stored elsewhere as soon as possible.

Audience

Mines Faculty and Staff.

Requirements

Mines Academic and Administrative departments are eligible to request access to Citrix ShareFile. However, access is granted on a named user basis and total department license counts may be limited.

Service Charges

In most cases, there will be no charge for requesting or using allocated Citrix ShareFile licenses to Mines Departments. However, since the Citrix ShareFile solution carries a cost managed by ITS, license use is restricted to ensure equitable license access is maintained and available to all Mines departments.

Requesting the Service

Access to this service can be requested by selecting the "Submit Request" button located here on this page and filling out the required information on the form that follows. After submission, your ticket request can be tracked and monitored using the "My Ticket Status" option located on the Mines Help Center homepage
