Service Description
Cognos 11 is the Banner data reporting solution at Mines. This service is for requesting access to the system.
The Cognos Access Request form is required for compliance and auditing. This is a requirement for both new and modified Cognos access.
Audience
Faculty, Staff
Students are not permitted Cognos access.
Service Levels
Access to Cognos is based on an individual's campus role(s).
Requirements
Form approval from the department head is required to apply for Cognos access. (See below)
Documentation
Complete the Cognos Access Request form with all required signatures, select Submit Service Request, and attach the form.
