Virtual Labs (VL) Support

Service Description

This service is for reporting issues with Virtual Labs provided by VMware Horizon.

Virtual Labs allow students to remotely connect to campus computers without the need for the VPN. You can use this service to request help for issues regarding connectivity issues, applications crashing in the remote computer instance, time allocation issues, and other issues related to the Virtual Labs service.
