Virtual Labs (VL) Support

Service Description

This service is for reporting issues with Virtual Labs provided by Microsoft Azure Classroom Lab Services. This service can also be used for requesting temporary access for a class due to illness.

Virtual Labs allow students to remotely connect to campus computers in the cloud without the need for the VPN, this service is provided through Microsoft Azure Classroom Lab Services. You can use this service to request help for issues regarding connectivity issues, applications crashing in the remote computer instance, time allocation issues, and other issues related to the Virtual Labs service.
