Cognos is our current report writing tool. Several reports are available for campus to utilize. Use this service to request a new cognos report or submit a suggestion for updating a current report.

Requesting the Service
Click on the red rectangle that says “Submit Request” in the upper right-hand corner of this page. Fill out the ensuing form with as much information as you can. Submit the ticket.
