Service Description
Report an issue with using the EvaluationKit service. Mines' course evaluations are administered by the Instructional and Learning Technologies group within ITS using an online service called EvaluationKit. Faculty and students interact with EvaluationKit primarily through the Canvas learning management system. Department administrators can also request direct access to EvaluationKit here for departmental reporting needs.

Service Levels
EvaluationKit can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, course evaluations are only open for student responses during pre-determined periods of time, which are set based on the term and course.
Requirements
Access to the Internet, Canvas and Mines email are required. An EvaluationKit username and password are necessary for direct access by departmental administrators for report generation.

Requesting the Service
Click on the Report Issue button on this page.
Support can also be requested by visiting the Mines Service Center (MSC) or calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during MSC staffed times. In this case, a Student Consultant will take your information.
