Gift cards and gifts can be requested for event and as a thank you to external speakers and facilitators external to your organization
If you want to present a gift to a speaker, make sure to let us know what you plan on buying for the speaker. No more than $50 gifts for non-Mines’ affiliated speakers and no more than $30 gifts for Mines’-affiliated speakers
Gift cards may be approved for contests open to all campus and events to encourage participation. Gift cards are limited to 3 per eligible event and to a maximum of $50 per gift card
