Microsoft Teams at Mines lets faculty, staff, and students collaborate in a chat-centered environment. It’s part of your school-sponsored Office365 at Mines account.

Teams is offered to faculty, staff, and students using your @mines.edu.

Requesting the Service

To request help with MS Teams, you can click the Submit Request Button located on this page to get to the short request form, which will create a ticket to help you. Please note that there will be a question asking what type of support you need with Teams, which will be important to get the ticket to the best team sooner!

Documentation

Detailed Microsoft Office 365 information can be found in the Microsoft Office 365 Training Center, which contains resources specific to Microsoft Teams with updates from the company as well as other community members and users. To get started, visit the Microsoft Office 365 Portal (http://portal.office.com) and log-in using your Mines credentials.
