Service Levels

Microsoft Azure requires an account on the Microsoft Imagine Premium website. ITS will automatically create accounts at the beginning of each semester for all eligible students and faculty. Accounts expire at the end of each semester. VMAP accounts are created and deleted at the same time. The agreement does not include Microsoft Office, which is available via the Office365 portal.
