Service Description

If you are a Banner user and able to log into Banner, but are experiencing a problem, please submit a report describing the problem or error.

Requirements

Users must indicate whether the issue occurred in Banner Admin or Self-Service Banner.  If the issue is in test or development, please indicate which instance.  

Service Charges

There is no charge for this service.

Requesting the Service

Get help with Banner issues by reporting the details or symptoms of what you may have experienced by clicking on the "Submit Issue" button on this page here in Mines Help Center.

Support can also be requested by visiting the Mines Service Center (MSC) or calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during MSC staffed times. In this case, a Student Consultant will take your information.
