Office Copier, MFP, or Printer Issues

Service Description

Mechanical or other physical problems with a Xerox or Konica Minolta Copier/MFP should be reported to the vendor who maintains these printers . The contact information is contained on a sticker attached to the printer. Use this Issue Report for problems with connectivity to the printer.

Mechanical or other physical problems with other office printers can be reported here. In some cases the repair may be referred out to a third party maintenance vendor.

Service Levels

Connectivity issues only for Xerox or Konica Minolta MFP's. In other cases it may be determined that a printer is beyond repair and it is cheaper to replace it.

Requirements

User must provide index number to bill printing charges to.

Service Charges

Leasing charges for Xerox or Konica Minolta printers are managed by ITS, however nominal service and supplies are included in the campus-wide contract. For other office printers, there are charges for vendor service & supplies. ITS does not impose any charges for our internal service. 

Requesting the Service

Support can also be requested by visiting the Mines Service Center (MSC) or calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during MSC staffed times. In this case, a Student Consultant will take your information.
