Service Description
Virtual Private Network (VPN) remote access provides added privacy and security for your computing activities as well as the ability to access protected resources that require a Mines IP address. Use this VPN Issue service if you encounter difficulty and/or need help getting your VPN connection established.
Mines VPN provides a secure connection between your computing device and the cloud VPN gateway using the GlobalProtect VPN client.

Service Levels
Availability of the Mines VPN can be expected 24/7 under normal circumstances.
Requirements
- A Mines email account is required for connecting in addition to a downloadable client.
- Please visit our Knowledge Base for specific information to get set up if you have not yet set up your VPN.
