Faculty Services Self-Service Banner Request

The Mines Registrar's office can help with needs regarding Faculty Services in Banner.

Service Description

Mines faculty, are able to access many aspects of their official records (stored in the Banner database system noted above) via Self-Service Banner. Self-Service Banner is accessed via the Trailhead campus portal, however access is provisioned for this service through the Registrar. Faculty access typically includes course rosters, submitting grades, and personal research-fund records. All members of the Mines community may edit parts of their Campus Directory entries and sign up for Mines Emergency Alerts via Self-Service Banner (see Mines Emergency Alerts entry, below).

Supporting Services

The school-wide Banner database is the main secure repository for the most important information about students, faculty, staff, and campus finances.

Audience

While all members of the Mines community may access Self-Service Banner. This aspect of Self-Service Banner is limited to academic faculty only.
