Service Description
This service will help the HIVE, Library and ITS determine if you need additional support developing multimedia, choosing course materials, and determining what hardware/software will be used in the online environment.
Audience
Faculty who have an approved course for online development.
Service Levels
Support requests placed using this service will be addressed within 48 hours after the request is submitted.
