Service Description
If you have old or unwanted surplus computer equipment that you would like to have picked up and/or disposed of properly, this is the service for that need. ITS will come and look at that equipment and determine if anything is reusable (or just remove the hard drive) and then the customer can have Facilities come and pick up the equipment for disposal.

Requirements
The equipment identified is no longer wanted or needed. It can included computer, monitors, printers, cables or other peripherals.
Service Charges
There is no charge for this service.
Requesting the Service
You may begin the process by using the "Submit Request" button located on this page. A service representative will contact you about scheduling a time to come and review the equipment identified.
Support can also be requested by visiting the Mines Service Center (MSC) CT156A or calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during MSC staffed times.
