Service Description
This request is the first step in starting a new technology-related project for IT. The request helps IT capture new projects and understand the existing demand and the corresponding resources needed.
Audience
All Mines employees have access to this service.
Service Levels
Following the submission of the request, an IT Project Management Office (PMO) team member will reach out to the requester to discuss their needs.
Requirements
The Project Management Office (PMO) reviews all IT project requests. To help determine if your request is a project, please review the types of IT projects.
Note: If your project requires an online service or application, a software review will be required to ensure that the software used at Mines complies with a variety of Mines policies, requirements, and best practices. Before purchasing software, please complete a Software Review Request.
Requesting the Service
Use the "Submit Request" button located on this page to start the process. Fill out the form that is presented and click the "Save" button to create the request. Next, upload any helpful attachments or comments and then click the "Mark Complete and Submit" button to finalize your submission.
Click the "Withdraw" button if you would like to cancel your submission.
