A panel on the left side of your screen will appear next to the form you've just saved.
By default, you will be automatically routed in the Project Information area. Review the information saved and select the Mark Complete button. You will see confirmation indicated by a green check mark.
On the left side, select Attachments. If you have any attachments to support or add further details to your request, select the Add Attachments button. When finished adding attachments, select the Mark Complete button. You will see confirmation indicated by a green check mark.
On the left side, select Review and Submit Select the Submit Button. Select OK on the pop up notification.
