Service Description
Use for installation, renewal and updates of network (floating or shared) licenses. Most of the software used in classroom/labs and some of the software shared in academic groups is centrally licensed such that desktop licenses are pooled and checked out as needed. In many cases, the software is purchased and managed by individuals or department, but the license server is maintained and administered by ITS.
Audience
Individuals who have purchased a network licensed software product and are requesting the license be installed or updated.
