Executive Overview
Colorado School of Mines are currently using home drives that are utilizing storage from a ZS3 appliance. This initiative will move the data from user’s Department drive to the Microsoft Teams storage.
Installing Teams
- We will first add the home drive to the laptop if we do not have it mapped to your laptop
- Downloading the Microsoft Teams for the link provide below

4. Copying the files from your department drive to the Teams folder
Installing Teams

1. Follow the default prompts and click on continue to finish the install.
2. Add your Mines account and you're done
Adding Files to your Department Teams Folder

1. Click on Team on the side bar (left)
2. Select your department drive folder
- You can create a new folder to organize; by clicking on "NEW"

3. Select the Files tab on the right and choose Upload.

4. We would then click on Files and select the files to upload to the folder

5. Click on Open to upload the file(s) selected
