How to: Review submitted Tech Fee proposals

1. Go to https://trailhead.mines.edu, scroll down and select ‘OnBase’ from the ‘Go Bar’, ‘General Services’ section:

2. Login using your Mines username and password:

3. From the ‘hamburger’
   select ‘Open Workflow’, ‘IT1:  Tech Fee Proposal’ (expand the group),‘IT1:  Committee Review’:

4. Click any proposal in the right pane to view/read the proposal, supporting documents are attachments in each proposal:

5. To send a question to the proposal writer, write your email to the address listed in the proposal and reference the name of the proposal in your message. Remember to CC: techfee@mines.edu so the other committee members see your question.
