Monitoring - TeamDynamix engineers have been reviewing and monitoring the Elevated Response Time Incident which originally occurred on Monday 8/10. An initial solution was put in place on 8/11 during an unplanned maintenance window. This solution was successful in lowering the impact of this incident during a recurrance on Monday 8/17 from 11:41am ET to 12:37pm ET. We have determined that the elevated response times were caused by contention on shared resources within the multi-tenant database infrastructure.
Performance has returned to normal since 12:37pm ET on Monday 8/17. We are working on a more complete plan to address this recurring issue. Therefore, this incident will remain open as we make progress or have more information about the incident. Upon completion of our steps to fully resolve this issue, we will post an update and close this incident.

Monitoring - We have applied patches in the unplanned maintenance window to address the elevated response time issue from yesterday. We will continue to monitor the situation and will close out this incident when we feel confident the issue has been resolved.
