Service Description
Use this service to request a new workflow using OnBase by Hyland.
Audience
Mines Faculty/Staff
Service Levels
Requests will be prioritized based on urgency and impacted users/customers.
Requirements
Diagraming the current and/or expected workflow prior to submitting the request is ideal. There is an expectation that the requestor be actively engaged to work through automating their business processes. Communication and training of the completed workflow is the responsibility of the requestor.

Free to users.
