Service Description
Requests related to audio visual technology for the purpose of current and upcoming events on campus, including but not limited to temporary or permanently set up equipment. ITS installs and supports podiums that provide control of video/data projectors, sound systems, document cameras, and presentation computers in select rooms across campus.

Requirements
Computer access may require valid Mines login credentials.
Service Charges
While support itself is free, new equipment, replacement parts, extended warranties, and software must be purchased by the department, Technology Fee committee or classroom committee. At times ITS may have available suitable surplus parts that will be provided at no cost.
