What to expect
We will work with you to understand the accessibility issue in our technology. We may ask:
- What web page, software, or other technology you were trying to access,
- What operating system, browser, device, or assistive technology you were using,
- What issue or barrier you encountered, and
- The date by which you need the issue resolved.
We will respond to reported issues within 2 business days. After the initial response, IT staff will work to resolve the issue if possible or provide another way to access the service or content. The time to resolve a reported accessibility issue will vary based on the nature of the issue, the degree of control Mines IT has over the content, and whether external vendors are involved.
