Service Description
Use this service to request Access to the Hyland OnBase platform at Mines. Once the system is live, all requests will be facilitated directly through OnBase.
Audience
Staff involved in OnBase testing and/or training.
Service Levels
All issues will be logged. Some issues may require special resolution from the vendor.
Requirements
Let users know what is needed for the service to be performed. This may or may not be from them specifically.
