Service Description
Use this service to report something that is not working as you'd expect with a Mines Help Center page, feature, or component.
With the Mines Help Center upgrade to TeamDynamix, bugs or errors will likely be discovered, especially at the beginning. Please help us make the Mines Help Center move as seamless as possible by reporting anything you see that doesn't work or look like you'd expect.

Service Levels
Issues will be reviewed within 24 hours and the requester will be notified on the action that will be taken. Issues not needing immediate action are reviewed once a week so there may not be an immediate response. Also, the complexity of the issue may dictate a longer time to completion.
Mines Help Center is your 24/7 online support portal for ITS and other Colorado School of Mines service points. Scheduled maintenance and downtime will be announced in advance whenever possible.
Requirements
Active Mines Multipass credentials are required to access most services.

No charges are associated with this service.
Requesting the Service
Since Mines Help Center is a service in addition to being the Service Portal, issues can be reported here on this page using the "Report Issue" button. In the case that Mines Help Center is down and you need to report or check the status of an outage, please contact the Mines Service Center (MSC) or visit the ITS home page.
The Mines Service Center can be reached by calling x2345 or 303-384-2345 during MSC staffed times or by visiting their office in CTLM 156. In a case where you are unable to report an issue via Mines Help Center, you may email MSC@mines.edu directly.
