Hello,
The purpose of this email is related to the email from IT-CIO (Andrew Moore) with the subject "Removal of inside.mines.edu."
For more than two decades, I have been using only my personal website (and have been updating it regularly, even in 2024):
https://inside.mines.edu/~mganesh
I have never used anything else. If this is to be removed, please arrange to host an exact mirror of the above (including several subdirectories).
I don't quite understand what "via Banner" means or how to update it as I do for the above.
If "via Banner" refers to the following website (that one can access by clicking my photo on the AMS website),
https://ams.mines.edu/project/ganesh-mahadevan/
the details in the above "ams...." are very old. I need access to regularly update wherever a mirror of my "inside..." will be hosted.
Thank you for your kind understanding, and I do see the mentioned reason in the IT-CIO email as important.
I hope my request to create an exact mirror of the above (exactly copying my files/directories/contents from pvm-illuminate) can be accommodated.
