I believe (very loosely) we process more than 120 appeals in a year? Currently we get the appeal documents uploaded in OnBase, but we move a pdf document through shared folders for staff to log their decision. We then upload the completed appeal decision document to OnBase and send an outcome email through BCM. We rely on emails to notify staff that an appeal decision is waiting in their shared folder.
