I would like to bring data from the OnBase GD-Graduate Contract Form into the ODS. There are many fields in this form that are not in Banner and they are needed for a Graduate Stipends project.

What events or discussions preceded this request? Have there been previous efforts related to this request? Are you working with a vendor already? What are the benefits of this initiative?

A new OnBase form (GD-Graduate Contract Form) is being created to better capture graduate contract data. This data is being used in a Tableau dashboard to show how graduate students are being funded. Currently, I am using an excel output from OnBase to bring this data into Tableau and join with other ODS data, but it would be more efficient if the data was also in the ODS. Other departments would be interested in having access to the data as well.

This is not a high priority at the moment since we have created a work-around.
