Description

Financial aid currently has two reports in Cognos used to identify students that are over need and over their cost of attendance. We have recently discovered our graduate students with a RA/TA contract are no longer being pulled into the report based on the new process for RA/TA contracts in Banner.

We are currently using a function for resources in the over cost of attendance report - F_CALC_APPL_RESOURCE_TOTAL([PERSON_UID],[AID_YEAR]), however it is no longer accurately pulling the resources for our RA/TA contracts in the Banner page RPAARSC.

Due to changes in business practices in FinAid and Bursars office regarding Grad Contracts, the function needs to be updated.
