[Tuesday February 25, 2020] The Mines Help Center web address has changed!
Before Feb 25, 2020, when you visited Mines Help Center (MHC) via https://helpcenter.mines.edu/ or https://helpdesk.mines.edu/ the web address in the location bar would switch to: https://mines.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1946/Portal/Home/
In order to make it easier to remember and to get to Mines Help Center, we worked with our vendor (Team Dynamix) to change the Mines Help Center web address.
OLD MHC address: https://mines.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1946/Portal/Home/
NEW MHC address: https://helpcenter.mines.edu/
Please update any saved MHC web browser bookmarks or desktop shortcuts to https://helpcenter.mines.edu/
For 30 days, both the old address and the new address will get you to Mines Help Center. After March 24, 2020, the old address will no longer work. If you have an email message from Mines Help Center with the old address, change "mines.teamdynamix.com" to "helpcenter.mines.edu" and you should be able to get to the expected Mines Help Center content.
