The purpose of this knowledge base article is to inform users about a current service outage on affecting multiple applications due to overnight disruptions with Amazon Web Services (AWS) on 10/20/2025. This article will be updated as new information becomes available and will list any affected applications along with relevant updates.

AWS: Several service disruptions are being reported.

Canvas: Users may be unable to log in. If you are experiencing issues, please wait and try again later.

BlasterPrint: “Scan to Email” and “Scan to OneDrive” print functions are experiencing significant delays.

SmartSheets: intermittent issues reported.

Email notifications from this TeamDynamix ticketing/service management system: Email notifications coming from IT and MAPS on your requests may not send. You can still review ticket communications and add comments on your tickets here.

Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Admin Center is affected. We are investigating if end-user functionality of Adobe apps is affected or just IT administration functions of the product suite.

- Canvas: The learning management system used by Mines for course materials, assignments, and communication.
- BlasterPrint: The campus printing system that includes scan-to-email and scan-to-cloud features.
- Adobe Creative Cloud: is a set of applications and services from Adobe that gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services.
