After moving your files from your home drive to your OneDrive, Windows users may see an error message about their recycle bin. This error message may pop up as often as every minute. This article will help you resolve the issue.
Note: you also need to be on the VPN for this to work.
1. Below is a screenshot of the error message you may receive.
2. Navigate to the search bar in the menu on the lower part of your screen on your computer and type, CMD and click to open. Note: This will only work if you are connected to the VPN.
3. Type into the window, gpupdate /force and click enter. The process may take a little bit to complete.
4. If it asks you to restart like the message below, please save any documents and then type Y in the window. This will then log you off your machine and restart the machine. Once your computer has rebooted, the error message should not show up again.
