Reissue or Void Payment

Use this service to confirm if a check has cleared the bank, needs to be reissued, or voided. Typically checks take up to 10 business days from the date it was mailed to reach the vendor. In some instances, the check is lost or damaged during transit and needs to be reissued. The MAPS team will verify that the check has or hasn't cleared the bank, and work to process a reissue if necessary.
