Service Description
If you have a Mines-related website, file, or software that you aren’t sure is accessible, request an accessibility review from IT. The Accessibility Technologist will conduct automated and manual accessibility testing and recommend any necessary improvements to accessibility.

Service Levels
We will respond to your request within 2 business days to let you know an estimated time frame for completing the accessibility review. The time required to test and review technology for accessibility will vary based on the scope and complexity of the technology.
Requesting the Service
Request an accessibility review by clicking the “Request Service” button on this page. Please include the following information:
- An attachment, link, or instructions for accessing the technology that needs to be tested
- Any concerns you may have about the accessibility of the technology
- The date by which you would like to have the results of the testing.
