This service is for students to request the help they need for hardware assistance or software access due to illness or extenuating circumstances to continue their studies.
If you’re having persistent issues with your technology or need remote access to approved software, raise your hand!
Through a partnership with the Colorado Department of Higher Education, ITS now has access to laptops for students who need them.
Students without their own computer to complete their assignments can check out one of these laptops for the remainder of the semester. Supplies are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Laptops will need to be picked up on campus.
Select the Request Help button and tell us as much as you can. We will respond as soon as we can, and in most cases in less than one business day.
If you’re struggling to stay engaged or facing other issues you can’t seem to surmount, Mines is here for you. Please, reach up and Raise Your Hand for help from the Dean of Students Office.
ITS has also put together a Knowledge Base article with connectivity tips and links to many aid programs being offered by Internet Service Providers across the nation.
