How to set up MyE911 (PC)

  1. In the lower right-hand corner of your monitor, look for the new MyE911 icon in the task bar. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  2. Right click on the icon and click on settingsUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  3. Type https://mye911.anywhere.e911cloud.com into the host box and click save.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  4. Type in your email.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  5. Once you press send, MyE911 will send you an email in the next few minutes with your verification code.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  6. Enter the verification code that was sent to you (the code above is an example). Then click verify.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  7. This will activate your MyE911. You will now need to add and set a location, please complete all steps.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  8. If the browser does not automatically open, go to the lower right-hand corner of your monitor and look for the MyE911 icon. Right click and select open.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  9. This will open a webpage (see image below). Click on the add location and set as current button.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  10. Fill in the following information: 
    1. Location name (example format is below). 
    2. Address (example format is below). 
    3. Location information: (insert where exactly in the dwelling you are located). 
  11. When you are finished click on the add and set current location button.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
