If you have been granted access to MakeMeAdmin, use the steps below to temporarily elevate your account privileges.
1. Open the Mines Self Service app found on your Mac.
2. Log in with your standard mines email and password.
3. Type in your Mines email
4. Select "Yes, this is my device" in order to remember duo
5. Select "Yes" to stay signed in so you will not be prompted for your credentials every time you sign in to self service.
6. Once logged in you should now see MakeMeAdmin available. Click "Run" and follow the prompts to turn on and elevate your privileges.
7. NOTE: Everytime you would like to elevate your privileges you will need to sign in to self service, however, if you follow the steps above correctly when you sign in again it should be quick and should not ask for credentials again.
