Login Error: "Login Failure: Cannot locate KDC"

The "Login Failure: Cannot locate KDC" is typically caused by entering an email address instead of your username in Username field in the login dialog box. (Services such as, MyMail, Canvas, and others with similar login dialog boxes.)

Login Failure: Cannot locate KDCPlease try logging in again with your username (the part before the @ in your email address) and MultiPass password.

Typically the only Mines service where you login with username@mines.edu is for Microsoft-related services, such as Office 365, Exchange, or MS Teams. (For these Microsoft-related services, students would also use username@mines.edu, not username@mymail.mines.edu.)
