The "Login Failure: Cannot locate KDC" is typically caused by entering an email address instead of your username in Username field in the login dialog box. (Services such as Canvas and others with similar login dialog boxes.)
Please try logging in again with your username (the part before the @ in your email address) and MultiPass password.
Typically the only Mines service where you login with username@mines.edu is for Microsoft-related services, such as Office 365, Exchange, or MS Teams.
