What is it?
The Student Evaluation Form will allow you to:
- Increase a student’s hourly rate
- Provide an audit trail
The purpose of the Student Performance Pay Increase is to increase student hourly wages for those students that have performed at a level of work that merits an increase in pay. The compensation change should be used in conjunction with the annual student Performance Review. Please attach the evaluation form when submitting a compensation change in Workday.

Department administrators and managers who oversee student employees.

How-To: Request a Compensation Change
For audit purposes, the department must complete a copy of the Student Employee Evaluation form for internal records prior to submitting a compensation change in Workday. The evaluation form can be found on the right side of this article under the "Attachments" section.
Once the student evaluation has been completed, you may proceed to complete the compensation change via Workday. The evaluation form can be attached in Workday as a supporting document for the compensation change.
