Academic Faculty Deferred Pay

Academic Faculty who prefer to receive their pay over 12 months instead of 10 must complete a “Deferred Pay Agreement Form”

Please note that the default pay schedule for Academic Faculty is 10 months, from August through May. However, if you prefer to receive your pay over 12 months, you must complete a "Deferred Pay Agreement Form" and submit it to the MAPS office no later than Sunday, August 20th. Please be aware that forms cannot be accepted past the deadline due to IRS regulations.

If you are already on a 12-month deferred pay schedule, you do not need to take any action to remain on this option.
