Mines students, faculty and staff can access their Mines Zoom account in several ways; web portal, desktop clients and mobile apps.
Zoom web portal
- Go to the Mines Zoom site: https://mines.zoom.us
- Click Sign in
If you are already logged into another Mines service that utilizes SSO, you will be taken directly to the Zoom web portal.
If you are not already logged into another Mines service that uses SSO, you will be taken to a Mines login page to enter your Mines username and password. After logging in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom web portal.
Zoom desktop client
- Open the Zoom desktop client, Click Sign In
- Click SSO
- Enter mines as the company domain
- Click Continue
If you are already logged into another Mines service that utilizes SSO, you will be taken a page and prompted to allow the page to open zoom.us, click Allow. You will be redirected to the Zoom desktop client and fully logged in with your Mines account.
If you are not already logged into another Mines service that uses SSO, you will be taken to a Mines login page to enter you Mines username and password. After logging in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom Desktop Client.
Zoom mobile app
- Open the Zoom mobile app, Tap Sign In
- Tap Sign In with SSO
- Enter mines as the company domain
- Tap Continue
If you are already logged into another Mines service that utilizes SSO, you will be automatically logged into your Mines Zoom account in the Zoom mobile app.
If you are not already logged into another Mines service that uses SSO, you will be taken to a Mines login page to enter you Mines username and password. After logging in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom mobile app.
