Summary: As of 5/10/2024, the Faculty/Staff Just-in-Time provisioning integration is still not working. ReadyEducation reached out the week of 5/3 and it appears they are working on a solution. Susan asked Procurement to assist with escalation as ReadyEducation should this round of attempts not work or responsiveness lag. Robin reviewed the Accessibility report with the TRAIL team (Susan, Ciel) on 5/9 and will meet again this week to continue the discussion. 

Completed Milestones or Key Activity (in this reporting period): 
Accessibility review: Robin met with Susan, Ciel and Julie the week of 5/6 to review the Accessibility Report. Susan's team will address what they can locally, and report product-related issues to the vendor.  
Employee Just-in-Time Provisioning: Team responded to ReadyEducation's questions/inquiries about the SSO mapping. Back and forth is in progress. 

In Progress/Remaining Key Activity:
Employee Just-in-Time Provisioning: Requested that ReadyEducation do their side of the integration work in late February 2/27. ReadyEducation responded the week of 5/3 and is now communicating with the Mines IT team re: this integration. Danielle in Procurement is prepared to help with escalation, if needed. 
Transition to Operations: Julie will reach out to project team members to collect lessons learned, and we'll ensure open items are smoothly transitioning and moved into an operational queue as this project closes.
Non-production Environment (ADDED in January): Team is exploring how to leverage the available Sandbox environment to develop/test integrations in the future. Right now, it is not ready for that use case.  

Risks/Issues:
- Issue: Mines has been waiting on ReadyEducation to complete their side of the employee just-in-time (JIT) provisioning, which was sent to them in mid-February.  Susan, John and Julie requested a meeting with ReadyEducation for the week of 4/15. As of 4/19, the item was ready for testing but did not work. As of 4/20, the item is back in ReadyEducation's queue. As of 5/10, ReadyEducation is asking questions of Mines IT to troubleshoot the issue. 
- Issue: Non-degree data, as well as future admits, are being sent to OreConnect via the student data integration. (Team needs to determine plan for addressing these types of records in the future.)
- Risk (Downgraded given EMS has been removed): Not having a functioning non-production environment may complicate setup/testing of integrations after the initial go live of OreConnect. (Mitigation: Research feasibility and what is required to use the 'sandbox' as a non-prod. Asked ReadyEducation for input and/or client contact info. Review outcome with John, Susan and team.) 
 
Items that will move to Operational Queue (given need date):
Add OreConnect tile to SSO portal when TRAIL is ready – Susan would like to wait until August (post-Pilot) to add the tile.  
Payment Gateway – Per Susan, this will be needed in production in August 2024. (Julie/Susan/John to discuss when to put in the operational queue given this target date.)
