An employment verification letter, also called a letter of employment or proof of employment letter, is used to confirm an employee's employment dates, salary, and job title.
By law, Colorado School of Mines cannot comment or verify specific duties.
Where to get it? / How to use it?
You can request Employment verification from the linked services, if you are external, you can also send a fax request to the MAPS office @303-273-3278 or email to MAPS@mines.edu. Please include a signed release form if you are requesting via fax or email.
